Refund policy

General Return Policy

All Sales Are Final: Products cannot be returned unless specified under certain conditions.

  1. RMA Requirement: Returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Restocking Fee:
    • Merchandise returned without any fault of C-STORE NOVELTY SUPPLY LLC will incur a 20% restocking fee.
    • Refused shipments are also subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to applicable freight costs.

Conditions for Returns

  1. Returned Items: Items must not be used, marked for sale, or damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or contamination. Any such items will not be replaced and may be immediately destroyed without issuing refunds.
  2. Damaged Items:
    • Shortages, mis-picks, or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
    • Pictures of damaged items must be emailed for credit eligibility.
  3. Defective Scales:
    • Scales must be reported as defective immediately before marking them with a price or selling them.
    • Post-sale returns are not accepted. Customers should return defective scales to the manufacturer per the included instructions.
    • Scales returned with damaged packaging, pricing stickers, or contamination will not be accepted and may be destroyed without refund.

Additional Charges

  1. Returned Checks: A $59 fee applies to returned checks, along with any additional fees incurred.
  2. Collections: Outstanding amounts referred to a collection agency will include a minimum of 25% collection costs in addition to the outstanding amount.

Damages Reporting

  • Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Retailers must inspect the merchandise upon arrival to identify any issues promptly.
  • Contaminated items or those not reported within the 24-hour window will not qualify for replacements or credit.
